Finished hauling away so much junk from my parents' home who'd been living there for 20 years. Express came to look at the items first then provide a quote that they will be able to fit all items in one truck load. I friend booked an appointment for them to come today to haul away. I will definitely use Express again and refer them to friends and family.

I am a working, full-time physician with little free time. I needed a bedroom set hauled away and decided to book an appointment with this company for today at 5 PM. I explicitly mentioned my limited availability to Raul. He assured me that he could do the job and underscored that his was a "family run business," and that he would "take care of it." So it was to my surprise that that by 5 PM, he wasn't here.

I waited about 10 minutes and called the phone number to which I had texted my address. No answer. I texted the number. No answer. Finally I went to my computed, dug up the web address and called the number listed. When Raul picked up, he preceded to tell me that he was "still at the dump" and that he would "come after" he was finished. I asked him for an ETA. He said he would "find out" and call me back". So, 10 minutes later, he calls back and says that actually he "won't be able to make it" because his "truck is full" and the "dump is closed." I reminded him that I will be working tomorrow from 8 am to 10 pm, and would thus be unavailable (the following days were Christmas Eve and Christmas). He then told me "wait let me ask my friend if I could use his truck" and "give me 20 minutes and i'll call you back." So, I waited. Later, I get a text saying "sorry, we aren't going to able be able to make it today." Rather than texting back, I promptly grabbed my laptop, and began to write this review.

I was infuriated by the glaring dishonesty and the large amount of my time that was wasted -- time that could have been spent finding a reputable, reliable company to get the job done. Perhaps Raul thought I would not take the time to write a review. But I believe this review is important so that other people's precious time will not be wasted as casually and as carelessly as mine was today.
